Ministers of Hospitality
The Ministry of Hospitality is one of making the Parish Community feel welcome whenever they join us for the Celebration of the Eucharist or for a fellowship event.
Ministers of Hospitality serve in various ways:
Greeters: persons who welcome the faithful to Mass.
Ushers: persons who take up the collection and assist the faithful in finding a seat at Mass.
Other Ministers: persons who help pass out programs/ prayer cards, etc.
While there are people specifically designated for the above tasks, hospitality is truly everyone’s Ministry.
Altar Servers
All young men and women who have completed the third grade are invited to participate as Altar Servers for weekend liturgies and special liturgical celebrations. Training is announced in the bulletin.
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion

Parish Social Life
There are several opportunities for parish fellowship throughout the year.
Craft Fair: an annual fall event that includes food, fellowship, and many beautiful items handmade by local crafters.
Breakfast with Santa: an event held in late December and organized to offer the Children of our parish a breakfast, activities, and a visit from Santa Claus.
Summer Picnic: Each year, parishioners put in countless hours to make our parish picnic a huge success. The event is held during the month of June. It includes food, games, crafts, and entertainment.
Parish Breakfast: This breakfast is organized in the winter months to offer good food and fellowship among members of the community.
Music Ministry
Music Ministry is the work of musicians to enhance the celebration of liturgy through song. This area is open to different musical talents which work toward the same goal: to foster active participation of the assembly and offer praise to God through song. There are different ways of participating in the ministry:
Adult Choir: Parishioners who love music are invited to sing at Sunday or Saturday evening Mass and special liturgical celebrations. Rehearsals are held on Monday evenings at 6:30PM. The choir sings most weekends from September til June.
Leaders of Song: Any confident singer 8th grade and older are invited to participate leading the assembly in song. Leaders of Song are needed for all Weekend Liturgies, Holy Days, and Special Masses. This unique ministry increases the active and conscious participation by members of the assembly.
Instrumentalists: Musicians play a special role in the Mass. Violinists, flautists, guitarists, etc. are needed for Weekend Masses and other Liturgies. Musicians enhance our Liturgies.
